The Congress of Future Medical Leaders is an academic honors program and you must certify that all students you nominate have a 3.5 or above GPA (either current or cumulative), or an SAT score of 1300+ or an ACT score of 22+.

Students are nominated by teachers, counselors, and principals. Qualified students may also be identified through other means such as academic events, recommendations, youth organizations, honors societies, medical institutions, medical societies, program Alumni, Bottega University, and in-classroom surveys.
